Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@euro-machines.com. Returns must be sent to the address we provide.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific product, please get in touch.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period

If your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the same conditions as stated above.

Refunds

We will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return and whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
